Photographer. Storyteller. Wife. Mom. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Military spouse. Kentucky girl. Gardener. Coffee drinker. Tequila lover. And yes… occasionally a little potty-mouthed.
But mostly, I’m someone who has always been a collector of moments.
I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was eight years old. Long before photography became my business, I was the girl who didn’t want to miss anything—the birthday, the road trip, the backyard gathering, the way the light fell across someone’s face. I was always looking for something worth remembering.
That hasn’t changed much.
Today, photography is still about the things that matter most to me: people, connection, nostalgia, and the stories woven into our everyday lives.
I believe the photographs we treasure most aren’t always the perfectly posed ones. They’re the ones that take us right back—the way your child laughed at that age, the look your husband gave you when he thought you weren’t paying attention, the people who gathered around your table, the place you called home, or the season of life you never wanted to forget.
I’m inspired by Kentucky—the landscapes, the small towns, the music, the people, the seasons, and all the little pieces of home that make a place feel like ours. I’m inspired by old photographs, handwritten notes, gardens full of zinnias, golden summer evenings, worn-in places, good music, and the beautiful messiness of real life.
Photography has given me a way to slow down and pay attention.
To find the light.
To notice the beauty.
To preserve the people and places that matter.
And after all these years, I still believe that is the greatest gift a photograph can give us: a way back to a moment we thought we had lost.
So whether I’m photographing your senior as they step into what comes next, your family in the middle of this beautifully chaotic season, your wedding day, or the story behind your small business, my goal is the same—
to create photographs that feel like you, feel like this place, and feel like a memory.
Because life moves quickly.
The people we love grow and change.
The seasons pass.
And I want to help you hold onto a little piece of it.

The Moments We Remember for a Lifetime
At the heart of my photography lies a blend of inspiration drawn from music, the rich landscapes of my beloved Kentucky, and a deep appreciation for the vintage and nostalgic. My journey into photography was shaped significantly by a desire to preserve the brighter moments of an otherwise challenging childhood. This longing to capture joy has stayed with me, guiding my lens towards moments that echo the warmth and resilience found in everyday life.
Memories of tender moments spent in my grandmother’s garden, learning the art of cooking and sewing, have left an indelible mark on my creative vision. These experiences, coupled with the early gift of a camera, ignited a passion within me to document life’s fleeting instances. My commitment to photography deepened with the birth of my children, leading me to chronicle their lives meticulously, ensuring no precious moment slipped by unrecorded.
Photography, to me, is more than just a profession—it’s a lifeline. It’s an extension of my identity, shaping my interaction with the world around me. If I go too long without capturing the world through my lens, I find myself feeling lost, yearning to return to the act of creation.
At its core, my work is about connection—forging a bond between the subject and their broader community. Through my photography, I aim to tell stories that resonate, revealing the shared experiences that unite us. In capturing these stories, I hope to foster a sense of belonging, reminding us that despite our individual struggles, we are never truly alone.
